They have not disappointed us. In a relatively short period of time we have been able to leverage cost savings from multiple carriers as well as integrate Spencer Hill's LTE connectivity for redundancy. Although we have added more vendors, we were able to simplify the steps our helpdesk staff take for telecom related issues. Our new process is very simple. Call Spencer Hill's support team for any telecom related issue. Their support staff identify the appropriate resources and open support tickets as needed. Spencer Hill has enabled us to take advantage of a diverse set of connectivity options while consolidating and simplifying our support structure.
